1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the betpk55 platform (accessible at betpk55.app and through the betpk55 mobile application), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the betpk55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion register applicable to online gambling.

betpk55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age eligibility requirement will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned at betpk55's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on betpk55. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpk55 account credentials, including your username and password. betpk55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your betpk55 login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password for your betpk55 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Notify betpk55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Always log out of your betpk55 account when using a shared or public device.

betpk55 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This process is standard practice in the online gaming industry and is required for compliance purposes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

betpk55 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). betpk55 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on betpk55 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Deposits are generally credited to your betpk55 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by betpk55 within the timeframes stated in the betpk55 FAQ section. Processing times may vary based on payment method and account verification status.
• betpk55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which betpk55 accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited into your betpk55 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• betpk55 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the betpk55 platform — including but not limited to Dragon of Demons, Drill That Gold, Triple, Circus Delight, Bingo Adventure, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

All game outcomes on betpk55 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted by trained dealers. betpk55 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Bets placed and confirmed on betpk55 are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, betpk55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• betpk55 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed in circumstances that betpk55 reasonably believes constitute abuse of the platform.
• Sports betting markets on betpk55 cover events including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, international football, and other sporting events. Specific rules for each market type are detailed in the Sports Events section of the platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

betpk55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your betpk55 account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• betpk55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per betpk55 account, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other abusive strategies will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• betpk55 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpk55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one betpk55 account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the betpk55 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or sports event outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the betpk55 platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to betpk55 support immediately.
• Using the betpk55 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with betpk55.

• Allowing any third party to access or use your betpk55 account on your behalf.

All content on the betpk55 platform — including but not limited to the betpk55 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of betpk55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betpk55 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betpk55 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on betpk55 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any betpk55 software or technology.
• Use the betpk55 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpk55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betpk55 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

betpk55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betpk55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond betpk55's reasonable control.

In all cases, betpk55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betpk55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

betpk55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betpk55 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your betpk55 account at any time by contacting betpk55 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

betpk55 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betpk55's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact betpk55 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. betpk55 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve disputes fairly and transparently.

13 Amendments to These Terms

betpk55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betpk55 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the betpk55 platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the betpk55 platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using betpk55 and may close your account as described in Section 11.
